Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses and individuals. 

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join our Kansas City litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or an interest in employment, construction defect, asbestos, or general liability litigation. The candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and work well with others in a team-oriented environment. Must have an active license to practice in Kansas or Missouri and be eligible to waive into the other state. This can be a hybrid role. We find that working in the office during the first several months helps new team members build relationships and learn our systems, after which there is flexibility for remote work.
