• Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually (depending on experience)

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Maryland
• 2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, home health, or orthopedics preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Tech-savvy and able to document on the go
• Evening and/or weekend availability preferred but not required.

• Average caseload: 30–35 patient visits per week.
• Flexible Hours — Ideal availability is 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, but not a requirement. (This can be discussed)

a2z Physical Therapy was started with one main goal: provide quality physical therapy in the comfort of patients’ homes after they have gone through a trauma such as a car accident. This goal is the driving force behind every step of the company, from the clinicians in the field doing the treatments to the management and marketing team.

We understand that this is a difficult time for our patients, so not only do we want to help them recover from their physical ailments, but we also want to help them with understanding the steps that come along with managing a personal injury. We do not offer the typical treatments that you find from most providers after getting into a car accident. Our patients will each receive one-on-one care directly from a physical therapist during their entire treatment, and manual (hands-on) treatment is performed at each visit.

We make sure the patient receives the skilled care they need, and deserve, based on the specific injury and deficit reported by the patient directly.
