Our primary mission is to provide quality and individualist substance abuse treatment at all levels of care. Our employees are the heart of our company, and we look forward to the new addition. About the Role Our receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This position supports daily operations, assists with client needs, maintains the front office environment, and helps coordinate company culture and events. We’re looking for someone organized, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced treatment setting. Key Responsibilities Client & Front Desk Support Greet clients/visitors and answer incoming calls. Notify clinicians when clients arrive; assist with intakes when needed. Conduct client exit surveys and help facilitate tours. Administrative & Facility Tasks Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and kitchen area. Stock and monitor daily supplies (coffee/tea items, tissues, cups, toner, assessment packets, etc.). Order office, clinical, and case management supplies. Update the slideshow, lobby map, Meet Our Team board, Employee of the Month board, and seasonal décor. Track and reorder recovery books; maintain distribution log. Update PHP lunch list and pick up lunches daily. Manage badge orders for new hires. Staff, Culture & Event Support Take notes during all-staff meetings and create monthly newsletters. Prepare birthday, anniversary, and kudos cards; print recognition certificates. Manage Employee of the Month voting surveys and reminders. Create flyers for spirit week, clothing drives, and internal events. Coordinate quarterly events and the annual holiday party. Assist with Family Weekend planning. Run errands and support leadership with special projects. Clinical & Program Support Assist clinical leadership with audits (depending on system access). Organize group sign-in sheets; help facilitate groups when needed. Support case management with UA calls and client communication Qualifications Prior experience in behavioral health, medical, or customer service settings preferred. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Professional, compassionate, and able to handle sensitive situations. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and frequent process changes. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Qualifications
