Research & Development
Research and prepare training programs for Sales Reps, Customer Service Agents, and customers. Assist in planning and preparing other sales office calendar events. Research and develop content for teacher meetings, teacher talk live, and other client facing content. Obtain and research curriculum from other publishers providing a detailed analysis.
Curriculum Training & Support
Act as subject experts on Abeka curriculum and classroom implementation. Train sales representatives, Customer Service Agents, and distributors concerning Abeka curriculum. Conduct onboard training program of new sales representatives. Assist sales representatives as knowledge base support for client questions regarding curriculum. Provide support as needed in the acquisition of new accounts and expansion of Abeka products and services.
Workshop Facilitation
Prepare and present workshops at Field Rep training events, on- and off-campus clinics, conventions, and other educational events. Conduct regional and local in-service meetings. Work with customers directly at on- and off-campus events including Christian school and homeschool conventions to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Abeka curriculum.
Curriculum Implementation Support
Provide in-school observation and coaching on teaching methods. Visit schools upon request and conduct classroom observations. Conduct coaching session with documentation. Provide training in schools to help administrators and educators effectively utilize the Abeka curriculum.
