Provide Clerical Support
Assist the Grade 4-12 principals with organizing, filing, typing memos, and boxing mail for Grade 4-12 faculty. Manage emails and correspondence for principals and complete any assigned projects. Assist the Event Coordinator with clerical tasks as needed.
Coordinate Grades 7-12 Transportation and Homework
Manage any transportation changes for Grade 7-12 students. Coordinate homework to be compiled and sent to the office each day.
Assist Guests and Students
Answer and direct upper office calls. Receive parents/guests for meetings with principals/deans. Assist high school students who come to the office by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and signing nurse passes.
Oversee Student Receptionists
Oversee daily tasks and give performance grades for high school student receptionists.
