Service Advisor/Writer

Hansel Ford Lincoln is looking a full-time Service Advisor to join our team!!

Pay Range

Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $37,500.00 to $150,000 +.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive 
• Complete all service documents 
• Represent and sell recommended maintenance and repair work 
• Follow-up with each customer on declined work 
• Effectively manage activity in the service lane 
• Maintain ongoing conversations with extended warranty providers 
   

Pay Defined: The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.97, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Qualifications and Skills

• Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus!!
• Professional appearance 
• Strong communication skills 
• Able to sell/recommend service 
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Must be reliable and punctual 
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a criminal background screening
