INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ($55,000 GUARANTEED FIRST YEAR + AGGRESSIVE COMMISSIONS)


Hey, come and join us! We need an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! We are looking for a person who has experience in rental equipment sales or leasing, construction product sales, anything to do with light manufacturing sales. We have a great team, excellent management staff, and we offer an incentive plan. We provide lots of leads, you get to work with great co-workers, and you get a generous base salary. We are looking for an outgoing personality, fun spirit and hard worker.


Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
  • Create sales material to present to customers.
  • Accurately document all activities on in CRM program and appropriate reports
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership. 


Skills Needed for Success: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone presence and personality
  • Strong listening skills
  • Professionalism in a team environment


Required Qualifications:

  • Two years minimum experience in construction sales, or other related fields such as equipment rental sales or storage containers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Windows (Must be able to use a computer efficiently.)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Very proficient in the English language, Spanish a plus as well.
  • Authorized for employment in the United States (sponsorships not available)
  • Ability to work in office M-F
