Roadside Assistance Team membersĀ assistĀ customers who need help and certainty when their move does not go as planned. Team members will handle incoming customer callsĀ in both Spanish and English, as well asĀ initiatingĀ outbound calls, to customers, roadsideĀ assistanceĀ service providers and other personnel who will provide the support andĀ expertiseĀ needed to get our customer back to their move.Ā

Compensation:Ā
U-Haul offersĀ Spanish BilingualĀ Roadside Assistance Agents an hourly baseĀ payĀ of $17.00. Your base pay will increase as you learn andĀ acquireĀ additionalĀ job duties, and merit increases are given periodically based on performance.Ā Note: Hourly base wage may be higher, depending on state or local minimum wageĀ laws).Ā

Scheduling Requirements:Ā
- Roadside Assistance is open 24/7/365 toĀ assistĀ customersĀ
- The total number of hours scheduled each week will be based on business needsĀ
- Must be availableĀ for a set schedule, which may includeĀ both weekend days,Ā Saturday and Sunday,Ā for 8Ā hoursĀ both daysĀ
- Shifts fallĀ between 10:00 AM and 12:00Ā AMĀ (Midnight),Ā Arizona timeĀ
- Working holidays are required in order to provide support for our customers year-round.Ā You may be scheduled to meet the Team and business needs.Ā

- Child-care and/or dependent arrangements must be made as if you were working in-person in an office environment. This position does not allow flexibility to be on-callĀ careĀ for others during work hours, either.Ā Ā
- A personal home computer that meets the technical requirements (listed below) is necessary for both the application process and for performing job duties.Ā
