As a member of the Goodwill Southeast Georgia team, the Administrative Support Specialist for G Force Manufacturing executes all administrative support requirements inherent to the manufacture of components, parts, and kits for aircraft. This role ensures accurate processing of sales orders, billing, documentation, and internal coordination to support operational excellence. The Administrative Support Specialist contributes to organizational effectiveness while demonstrating commitment to Goodwill’s mission and continuous quality improvement.

Your Typical Day

Administrative & ERP Support

  • Process sales orders into ERP system and initiate Contract Review Checklists.
  • Create and send invoices to customers; coordinate with customer representatives as needed.
  • Review customer payments against packing lists and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounting to resolve billing and invoice issues.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data processing applications and MS Office products (Word, Excel).

Operational & Office Support

  • Issue Associate identification badges.
  • Order office supplies and manage recurring administrative support tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in support of manufacturing operations.

Customer & Internal Coordination

  • Communicate clearly, directly, and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively utilize interpersonal skills to build productive working relationships.
  • Support senior leadership and Top Management as directed.

Professional Development & Mission Alignment

  • Complete ongoing administrative and Human Resource training to support individual growth.
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity, risk awareness, and attention to detail in achieving G-Force goals.
  • Model and inspire commitment to the Goodwill Mission.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with availability for overtime as required.

 

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Administrative experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing-related industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel) and data processing systems.
  • Ability to work independently without close and constant supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Track record of personal initiative and professional development preferred.
