Requirements Pen Bay Medical Center is looking for 2 Locum CRNAs to fill their need!Dates Needed for Coverage: Locum #1 needed to cover 6/23/25 - 8/29/25Locum #2 needed to cover 6/23/25 - 12/26/25Details:Start Date: ASAP: PLEASE only submit candidates who can start asap 30 days from submitting their applicationMonday-Friday 4 10-hour shifts with a rotating day off or 5 8-hour shifts per weekSupervised by AnesthesiologistSetting: Inpatient only NO CALLCase types: Bread and butter. There will be NO neurosurgery cadiac lung spine cath lab EP lab OB tubes dental. and trauma cases. 2 CRNAs to 1 Anesthesiologist. Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 daysEMR: EpicAdditional Questions Answered by the Site:How often peds are done and are the peds TampA tubes or dental? Pediatric cases 1 day per week. Patients gt1yr of age ASA 1-2. Ear tubes TampAs only.How many deliveries a year? CRNAs cover elective and emergent c-sections in the OR. No labor epidurals.Bill Rates Needed to Submit: Malpractice - Must be included in the rates. Orientation - Per hour of orientation or trainingHourly - 300 rate cap - Per hour up to 10 hours a day. Overtime - Per hour for any hour beyond 10 hours a day. Corresponding holiday rates. Conversion fee - 15k rate cap

Schedule Days, Monday-Friday (4, 10-hour shifts with a rotating day off)
