Job DetailsJob Location: LeClerc - Montgomery , PA 17752The Production Worker – Leclerc foods is responsible for providing quality production work at the Leclerc Foods facility. Team members are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Leclerc Foods facility.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   The essential functions of this position consist of the ability to hear, communicate and understand what is being communicated with or without reasonable accommodation. In fulfilling this job, one must possess enough physical mobility to lift at least 15 pounds and possess a high degree of manual dexterity.   GENERAL DUTIES:   Perform quality production on required contract. Work to meet production standards on assigned job. Organize/Maintain work area, including cleaning area at days end. Work in areas or job sites as assigned. Work as a team with coworkers to meet production quotas. Act in a responsible and professional manner and obey all safety rules.   SPECIFIC DUTIES:   Unload food items from stacks. Transport and distribute to proper work stations for packaging. Package and sort food products on production line. Fill distribution requirements for each package. Remove finished products from production lines and stack on skids in preparation for shipment. Follow and maintain safety and compliance standards by consistently wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and other designated gear, and ensure all non-essential personal items (watches, rings, etc.) are removed prior to work. Follow and comply with all host company policies and procedures regarding workplace safety. Complete other tasks as required.   HOURS: Monday – Friday, 27.5 hours per week IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Senior Production Rep   INDIRECT SUPERVISOR: Affirmative Industries Supervisor QualificationsNo experience required.  Must be at least 18 years of age.
