Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct workflow and performance of employees

• Monitor employees productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency

• Motivate and train employees

• Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules

• Maintain company quality and quantity standards

• Screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel

• Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent (college a plus)

• 3 -5 years of supervisory experience

• Multiple shifts available

• Salary range: $65,000.00 DOE

• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner

• Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing and walking
