Novo Health Services is hiring a Third shift, full-time Maintenance Technician Lead for our healthcare linen facility in Ravenna, OH.  The Maintenance Technician Lead will perform repairs, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on laundry and boiler room equipment while leading and assisting 3rd shift Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for trouble shooting automated industrial equipment.

Assist in training maintenance personnel.

Responsible for installation, and maintenance of equipment.

Responsible for building maintenance and repair.

Responsible for strong preventative maintenance program.

Responsible for assisting in concerns: OSHA, reduction of utilities, garbage, etc.

Responsible for directing maintenance techs & assigning daily work orders.

Responsible to learn all responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor for future promotion potentials.

Uses knowledge of industrial maintenance to repair, modify, or fabricate parts for equipment.

Requires analysis of equipment to determine necessary repairs. 

Ability to analyzes blueprints, drawings, and schematics of automated industrial equipment.

Install utility lines for steam, water, air, gas, condensate, etc., including soldering, pipe threading, and electrical conduit.

Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment.

Complete all required safety training.

Ensure all work is assigned and recorded into the maintenance site. 

Assist in organizing and the follow through of all projects.

Must use proper PPE in compliance with company policies.

Must remain compliant with all safety related company policies and procedures.

Record all required work in a timely manner: work orders, time sheets, and request forms.

Maintain an accurate parts inventory.

Schedule: 

5 days per week with rotating scheduled days off

Available to work seven days a week and to be called in when necessary.

8-hour shifts 

3rd shift 10pm-6am

Physical Requirements: 

Stand for the full shift 

100lbs maximum lifting with frequent lifting or carrying of up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications: 

Strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills.

Prior experience with boiler maintenance.

Good communications skills with all levels.

High School, GED, or equivalent plus two years related experience.

Wear proper PPE and complete all required safety training.

Reliable attendance 

Ability to work as part of a team
