SUMMARY: In this position, you will support the enterprise users and computers with tier 1 and tier 2 technical issues. Â You will install and maintain PC Desktop hardware and printers. Â You will have involvement in special projects. Â You will work on and resolve end user support tickets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PC preparation, installation and maintenance
Printer installation and configuration
PC and printer hardware repairÂ
OS and application installation and configurationÂ
Maintain necessary inventory of spare parts
Perform software and hardware audits
PC Network configuration
Project planning and documentation
Perform advanced PC troubleshooting
Provide excellent customer service
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree in Electronics or Computer Technology or equivalent experience. 4+ years enterprise desktop support.
This is an on-site position.
