Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Solutions with deep technical program management expertise and a proven track record of delivering transformative AI, NLP, ML, and large language model (LLM) technologies across global markets. This role requires a visionary leader who can bridge research and product development, drive multilingual innovation, and champion Responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Solution Development: Define and execute solution strategies for AI, NLP, ML, and LLM technologies, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
• Drive Global Program Delivery: Oversee large-scale, multilingual projects supporting 40+ languages, ensuring seamless execution across diverse markets.
• Innovate Across Platforms: Spearhead advancements in natural language and table understanding, integrating cutting-edge features into enterprise products.
• Bridge Research & Product: Translate complex linguistic and technical concepts into user-centric solutions, fostering collaboration between research and engineering teams.
• Champion Responsible AI: Establish and enforce ethical AI standards, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability throughout solution development.
• Executive Leadership: Mentor and lead interdisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience, that was an oversite on my side. I do need a Sr Director, as they will be managing a team of +40 people across various disciplines and time zones.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, and LLM technologies, with hands-on experience in scaling multilingual solutions.
• Academic Background: Ph.D. in formal linguistics or a related technical discipline strongly preferred.
• Global Delivery: Proven success in managing complex, multilingual programs across global markets.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Responsible AI Advocate: Demonstrated commitment to ethical AI principles and practices.

Salary Range: $170K
