The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of assigned brands to drive growth and market success. This role manages brand performance end-to-end, from product development through marketing execution and retail launch, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver results.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Growth
  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and long-term growth plans
  • Identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and trends
  • Define target consumers, brand positioning, and product strategies
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend actions to meet business goals
Product Development & Portfolio Management
  • Partner with R&D and design teams on product innovation
  • Guide product line strategy, pricing, and packaging direction
  • Ensure alignment between product offerings and brand positioning
  • Analyze POS data, Circana reports, and market performance
Marketing & Launch Execution
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with agencies and internal marketing teams
  • Present brand plans to leadership and retail partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, R&D, and International teams
  • Provide tools and materials to support the sales process
  • Coordinate initiatives to ensure successful launches
  • 5+ years of brand management experience in toys or consumer products
  • Proven success managing brands and product launches
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience with POS and market data analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
