Responsibilities:

FT position, M-F Day Shift, 8-hour shifts (No holidays/weekends)

This outpatient RN position combines acute care skills with care management and effective communication, to best care for our specialized podiatry patient population. Responsibilities include patient triage, phone and MyChart communication, patient education related to podiatry diagnoses, participation in procedures and wound care. This position also includes some charge nurse responsibilities such as ordering medications and medical supplies and contributing to a healthy team environment. The navigator helps remove barriers for patients and provide essential resources to get the timely care they need. Looking for an inclusive and compassionate nurse to join our team. Must possess strong assessment and communication skills, be independent in decision-making and have good organizational skills. 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
