Assistant Manager needs are:
available day or night. Hours of operations are 9:30am to 2am in most cases.
You will need to be a good leader and eager to learn.
Must have good math skill and Service skills.
A strong desire to be the best, with a sense of urgency to get things done in a timely manner.
