Ampersand Therapy, a teacher and therapist run company, is hiring a Part-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Rockford, IL area. Position Overview

• Role: School Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Pay: Competitive pay up to $60/hr

• Location: Parkland Prep Academy

• Caseload: 12-15 students ranging from K-12th grade

• Type: In-person ONLY

• Part-time position

• Hours: 15 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services

• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff

• Complete documentation aligned with school timelines

• Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Illinois OT license (or eligible to apply)

• COTAs welcome to apply and be considered!
