We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated DSPs who want to make a real difference every single day.
What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities to live safely, independently, and joyfully. You’ll help with:
Daily routines & activity planning
Personal care & hygiene support
Community outings, recreation & social activities
Meal prep & clean-up
Light housekeeping
Transportation using company vehicles
Daily documentation & communication with administrators

Qualifications
1 year experience in a residential setting with IDD (required)
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
DSP Year 1 & 2 + CPI (preferred or willing to obtain)
First Aid/CPR (preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days)
Valid CA Driver’s License
Must pass pre-employment screenings & background check
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in all weather
