RRC is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that specializes in energy projects, particularly renewable energy, throughout the United States. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of the evolving energy production landscape.   RRC CORE VALUES Must understand and personify RRC’s core values: Client Satisfaction – understands the goal of always exceeding our client’s expectations Employee Happiness – able to work well with others, communicate clearly with coworkers, promote a positive work environment, and mediate conflicts between team members Quality Work - able to take ownership, work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver quality results on time while working on multiple projects simultaneously Above and Beyond - versatile, flexible, able to anticipate the needs of the company, take the initiative, and willing to go out of your way to assist others   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other) Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications Assess potential risks, materials and costs Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders Handle over the resulting structures and services for use Monitor progress and compile reports in project status Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy preferred   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Ability to provide own design and production Ability to manage both staff and clients AutoCAD proficiency is a must, Civil 3-D is preferred Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy Exceptionally skilled at site grading a plus Identifying project scope and budget management Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel Excellent verbal and writing skills Experience in Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy a plus Sitting for prolonged hours, standing, walking, and lift up to 15lbs   BENEFITS RRC is committed to investing in talented employees because we recognize that healthy, happy employees provide the best path to sustaining a successful business.
