Position Responsibilities:Â
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare monthly variance reports (Full P&L) and departmental summaries.
- Partner closely with department leads to provide timely financial insights and ensure alignment to budgets.
- Collaborate with Accounting and other FP&A team members during monthly close, including preparing and reviewing accruals, validating entries, and reconciling expenses ensuring accuracy and proper categorization.
- Maintain templates and models and support creation of standardized reports for recurring needs.
- Assist with system enhancements, testing, and process improvements
- Support ad hoc requestsÂ
Required Education and Experience:Â
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experienceÂ
Preferred Education and Experience:Â
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Â
