Position Responsibilities: 

  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Prepare monthly variance reports (Full P&L) and departmental summaries.
  • Partner closely with department leads to provide timely financial insights and ensure alignment to budgets.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and other FP&A team members during monthly close, including preparing and reviewing accruals, validating entries, and reconciling expenses ensuring accuracy and proper categorization.
  • Maintain templates and models and support creation of standardized reports for recurring needs.
  • Assist with system enhancements, testing, and process improvements
  • Support ad hoc requests 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
