Job DetailsJob Location: St Louis, MO 63114Position Type: Full Time  Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure compliance with organizational requirements. This role involves managing records, coordinating communications, and providing administrative support across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will be trauma-informed, responsive, and committed to fostering a positive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize confidential files and records. Retrieve information and complete required documentation. Report attendance and manage related billing processes. Perform tasks related to compliance and individualized plans. Process progress reports and performance documentation. Track and order supplies as needed. Draft and distribute weekly communications. Process, record, and report approved petty cash requests. Track and collect items due from staff. Complete trauma-informed education and training annually. Other duties as assigned by the Director. Qualifications  Qualifications High school Diploma. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in administrative processes preferred. Trauma-informed approach to working with individuals and teams.
