- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities served
- Participate in selection of off-site resources for needed services that are not provided by the program
- Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews for the program, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are maintained
- Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings
- Act upon reports and recommendations from program/agency committees, team members, and client suggestions
- Provide oversight for service delivery, completing weekly checks on team member direct service hours
- Develop evolving programmatic schedule to meet client population needs
- Coordinate services and collaborate with outside agencies
- Adhere to and monitor program budget
- Provide clinical direction and supervision to assigned team members
- Ensure orientation, in-service training, and continuing education for staff members
- Respond/intervene in crisis situations and ensure incident reporting is completed

- Master's degree or licensed professional with post licensure experience in mental health and/or substance use disorders.Â
- Must possess a Missouri State license as a Psychologist, LMSW, LCSW, PLPC or LPC.
- Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. or applicable State Board
- Successful completion of background check
- Completion of New Hire Orientation
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
- First Aid certification and CPR certification
- Behavioral Management training
- Annual maintenance of licenses/certifications
