Job Summary:Ā
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. YouĀ will manage reservations,Ā assistĀ guests with their needs, and contribute to the overall operations of the front desk.Ā (Seasonal working dates: March 15th- November 1st)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ā
Greet guests upon arrival andĀ assistĀ with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.Ā
Handle guest check-outs, process payments, and provideĀ accurateĀ billing information.Ā
Manage reservations through the hotel management system, ensuring accuracy and availability.Ā
Handle phone inquiries andĀ assistĀ guests with booking reservations, providing information about rates, availability, and lodge amenities.Ā
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.Ā
Offer local information, recommend activities, andĀ assistĀ guests with planning their stay.Ā
Maintain effective communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any guest issues.Ā
Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to guests and support lodge operations.Ā
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, andĀ maintainingĀ organized records.Ā
Prepare daily reports andĀ assistĀ with cash handling, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.Ā

Due to the in-person nature of the hospitality business, RV space with hook ups are available at no cost for employees and limited employee housing at no cost is available on-siteĀ and commuting fromĀ the local vicinity is also acceptable.Ā Ā

PreviousĀ experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.Ā
Strong communicationĀ and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.Ā
Proficient in computer systems andĀ software;Ā experience with hotel management systems is a plus.Ā
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ā
