The Four Seasons Residence Club is looking for a passionate Pool Attendant/Server to join the team! You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by cordially greeting guests, taking orders, and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner. The pool attendant will also be trained to become a food and beverage server at the Ocotillo Grill, the poolside restaurant, and rotate the shifts between the pool deck and the restaurant.
What you will do
Greeting and seating Residence Club owners and guests in the pool area and providing beverage serviceÂ
Learning the knowledge of poolside menu and hourly amenity servicesÂ
Taking, finalizing, and delivering orders to owners and their guestsÂ
Maximizing beverage sales during each shift, alcoholic and non-alcoholicÂ
Upkeeping cleanliness of the pool area, including service stationsÂ
Supporting Ocotillo Grill server with table bussingÂ
Trained to be the Ocotillo Grill food and beverage server for lunch servicesÂ
Partake in providing services during various owner activations and events
What you bring
A person who is caring, positive, and enthusiasticÂ
A person who invests to engage and build rapport with Residence Club owners professionallyÂ
1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience is a plusÂ
Ability to walk up to 10 hours per day in a desert climateÂ
Ability to safely drive golf carts and utility cartsÂ
Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s CardÂ

Schedule & Hours:
Full-time employment with possible overtime based on business demandsÂ
Ability to provide maximum availability for the 7-day operationÂ
Scheduled for an 8-hour shift with 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am, 10am, and 11am starting times, potential PM shift schedules with Weekly/Monthly event nights.Â
30-minute lunch breaksÂ
