Maintenance Technician, Shelby, MI

Payrate:$30.00-$33.00, based on experience plus .50 shift differential

Shift; Night: 10:00pm-6:30am

As a Maintenance Technician you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring production equipment and facilities are ready and available when our customers need them.

Primary Responsibilities

• Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.). 
• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and diaphragm pumps and equipment and ordering/installing replacement parts. 
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). 
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. 
• Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). 
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. 

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Will be required to wear a respirator/PPE 
• Basic computer knowledge
