Position Summary
Texan Glass is seeking experienced and dependable Commercial Glaziers to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the installation of commercial glass systems including storefront, curtain wall,entrances, and related glazing components on active construction sites.
We have a strong pipeline of commercial projects and are looking for skilled professionals who take pride in quality workmanship,safety, and productivity. If you are a motivated installer who works well on a team and understands commercial glazing systems, we want to hear from you.

Installation Craftsmanship
路 Install commercial storefront systems, curtain wall, aluminum framing, doors, and hardware
路 Set glass panels, insulated units, and specialty glass products
路 Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
路 Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and waterproofing of systems
路 Perform layout, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately
Job Site Execution
路 Work alongside crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
路 Follow project timelines and direction from Field Supervisor or Project Manager
路 Maintain a clean and organized job site
路 Load,unload, and handle materials safely
路 Identify and communicate installation challenges or material issues
Safety Quality
路 Follow company safety standards and job site regulations
路 Ensure installations meet company quality standards and project specifications
路 Properly use tools, lifts, and equipment
Qualifications
路 2+years of commercial glazing experience preferred
路 Experience with storefront, curtain wall, and commercial door systems
路 Ability to read and understand construction drawings
路 Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
路 Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
路 Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to job sites
Preferred Experience
路 Experience operating lifts and other job site equipment
路 Knowledge of commercial construction job site protocols
路 Previouse xperience working on large-scale commercial projects
Physical Requirements
路 Ability to lift heavy materials and glass safely
路 Comfortable working at heights and on active construction sites
路 Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
