Customer Service Specialist

Job Purpose

The Order Tracking Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and a process that is Simple, Easy, and Fast. This role builds trusted customer relationships by providing expert guidance, proactive communication, and WOW-level service through ICE. 

**This role requires working onsite at the St.Paul, MN office**

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from initial placement through final delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding products, timelines, order status, and expectations.
• Drive orders through the approval and production process efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform detailed quality reviews on high-value orders ($750+) to ensure accuracy and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while upholding Crystal D's ICE standards and commitment to service excellence.
• Respond to customer calls promptly and accurately, documenting all interactions thoroughly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or a related role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to finding solutions.
• Professional, energetic, and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
