The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Global Partnerships Business Operations Manager supports the commercial success of TKO by building and maintaining scalable operational infrastructure that aligns teams, workflows, and execution. This role connects systems, tools, and vendor partnerships to business needs, ensuring the organization is equipped to scale efficiently.

Periodic travel to events and on-site activations is required to support on-the-ground operational needs.

  • Drive operational alignment across Global Partnerships by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable workflows, documentation, and execution standards that support consistent delivery across TKO.
  • Lead the integration, rollout, and ongoing optimization of Global Partnerships systems and platforms (including CRM, Monday.com, SharePoint, Canva, and related tools), ensuring consistent adoption and effective usage across teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Partnerships, Sales, Finance, Production, and Technology to align systems and workflows with evolving business needs.
  • Own vendor sourcing, onboarding, relationship management, and performance oversight for systems, analytics, and operational partners, ensuring alignment with business needs and performance expectations.
  • Partner with Global Partnerships leadership to support P&L management, budgeting, financial tracking, reporting, and long-term operational planning.
  • Support budget management, forecasting, and annual business planning processes for Global Partnerships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools that can enhance partnership operations and execution.
  • Travel to select events to provide on-site operational support and fulfillment.
  • Support special projects and high-priority initiatives that strengthen the operational foundation of Global Partnerships 

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience, preferably within sports, entertainment, media, or technology-enabled operations.
  • Strong experience working with systems, platforms, and operational tools; comfort learning and implementing new technologies.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and navigate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
