Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals following facility recipes and dietary requirements

  • Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies

  • Ensure all food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines are followed

  • Assist with food prep for upcoming meals

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

  • Collaborate with dietary staff to support smooth meal service

Qualifications

  • Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)

  • Ability to work early mornings and/or evenings as scheduled

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
