Check-In Location: 3605 East Bougainvillea Ave - Busch Gardens HR Building

What you get to do:

• Perform 4-10 shows a day for up to 40 hours/week, to include special functions, rehearsals, and recordings
• Create memorable guest experiences during summer shows and streetmosphere activations
• Provide exceptional performances and guest interactions
• Perform all other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Outgoing and friendly personality- versatile and ability to improvise
• Outstanding performance and showmanship while performing set choreography and improvisation activations
• Flexible with work hours and working conditions- must be able to perform in costume outside in Florida weather conditions
• High School graduate (preferred)
• Communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors and guests
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 30 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights (if needed/required)
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes
• Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks(use of tools/keyboard/writing)
• Perform all cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals
• Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities

Compensation:

• Pay Rate is $15.50 per hour
