Job Summary

Acrisure is seeking an operations manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and support efficient business workflows. This role is responsible for coordinating office procedures, managing vendors, supporting financial reporting activities, and ensuring the workplace remains organized and well maintained. The operations manager works closely with both staff and leadership to support operational efficiency and maintain a productive office environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflows and smooth business operations

• Coordinate and manage office procedures including information management, filing systems, supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance

• Upload and maintain financial data to support accurate reporting and internal recordkeeping

• Coordinate with home office accounts payable teams to ensure vendor invoices and payments are processed appropriately

• Monitor expenses and support the review of expense reports related to travel and operational spending

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services required for office operations

• Schedule maintenance visits, coordinate repairs, and ensure the office remains organized, secure, and well maintained

• Support staff and management by maintaining an efficient and functional office environment

Requirements

• Strong organizational and operational coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience supporting office operations, administrative functions, or operational workflows

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail when managing documentation, financial data, and vendor coordination

• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors

Education and Licenses

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field preferred

Pay Details:

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
