Job Description Summary

The Assistant Facilities Manager supports the Sr. Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations, maintenance coordination and vendor oversight for the client and the building. This role helps ensure building systems function effectively, service requests are resolved promptly, and the property remains safe, clean and well maintained. The AFM also assists with inspections, tenant services, and financial aspects.

Job Description

The Assistant Facilities Manager (AFM) supports the Sr. Property Manager in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of the building. The role helps ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for the client, tenants, visitors, and staff. The AFM coordinates service providers, manages work orders, assists with budgeting, invoices and reporting, and contributes to continuous improvement of building operations.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $26.56 - $31.25
