About the Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and safety‑focused Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods. In this role, you’ll guide a team, help ensure smooth material flow, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, staging, and shipping
Support accuracy in inventory, cycle counts, and FIFO practices
Encourage and develop team members through coaching and regular check‑ins
Foster a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment
Participate in 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement efforts
Oversee temperature-controlled storage and recycled packaging processes
Operate a forklift and assist with warehouse tasks when needed
What You Bring
Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
3–5 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
2–3 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
Forklift certification
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52,760.00 and $87,930.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.Learn more about this Employer on their Career Site
