What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s)

  • 2–4 years of experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

  • Passion for empowering seniors to live independently

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluate and treat patients as ordered by a physician

  • Develop and implement personalized plans of care

  • Educate and support patients and caregivers

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

  • Supervise PTAs and aides per state regulations

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation

  • Engage in ongoing education and team meetings
