Ivy Gables Senior Living is a 65 and older, retirement community that has the feel of a French Country Bed and Breakfast. When you choose Ivy Gables Senior Living you are choosing a lifestyle.

Scheduled and Pay

• Part time 20 hours a week
• Monday - Friday, every other weekend
• 4-hour shift 
• $16-$21/hour based on experience 

Job Description

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting. 

Qualifications

• Prefer 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting.
