    • 11:00PM - 7:00AM E/O Friday and Saturday 
    • 7:00AM - 3:00PM, rotating weekends
    • 3:00PM - 11:00PM, rotating weekends
  • Shift Differentials: $1.00/hour for weekends, $3.00/hour for evenings and nights

What You'll Do: 
  • Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Coordinate and oversee resident care plans, addressing any issues that arise during shifts.
  • Interact with residents and families, promoting a compassionate and customer-focused environment.
  • Uphold organizational standards of excellence, integrity, and compliance in daily operations.
  • Utilize clinical and administrative tools to manage care delivery and team performance effectively.
What You'll Need: 
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Active, unencumbered Connecticut LPN licensure
  • Active CPR certification 
  • Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance
