Oakleaf Partnership is working with a global engineering and construction business who are seeking support from a Learning & Development Coordinator for a period of 6 months. The role will support the business with a transformation programme involving a new ERP system and will play an integral part in the coordination of training and administrative support. The role is based in Aberdeen and offers hybrid working.

What is the role

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will work closely with HR, IT and an external change management organisation to oversee the process of translating learning materials, you will help plan Train the Trainer sessions by identifying trainers, scheduling rooms and sessions, you will also track the completion of training, evaluate results and conduct follow-ups. You will also provide administrative support in uploading courses into the Learning Management System, and collating and providing general training data.



Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and pride themselves on their organisational skills. They will also have previous experience in planning and delivering events and experience using a Learning Management System is desirable not essential. Any exposure to SAP SuccessFactors will also be beneficial.
