Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Manage budgets effectively, monitoring expenditure and identifying areas for cost-saving initiatives where possible.
  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure the holistic care needs of residents are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
  • A valid NMC PIN (Nursing and Midwifery Council) is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care for the elderly.
