We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crewing or Personnel Logistics professional to join our team. Once onboarded you will support our marine and energy hiring managers with mobilising talent in the UK and overseas for work on our rigs and vessels.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for utilisation and allocation of offshore personnel, in line with project requirements• Responsible for administering mobilisation and demobilisation details to offshore personnel including travel and accommodation details• Ensure that offshore personnel required certification is compliant and up-to-date in systems• Coordinating rotation/replacement of personnel and mapping future recruitment needs• Administrative line management of offshore personnel; ensuring regular communication• Administrative support of offshore personnel competency scheme• Responsible for regular and ad-hoc reporting on utilisation and forecasting• Liaison with third party personnel agencies• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Requirements:• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Knowledge of energy industry personnel logistics/mobilisations/crew changes• Can do attitude with strong desire to deliver projects to a high standard• Must be able to work in Aberdeen
