We are a leading oil and gas services company in Aberdeen, Scotland, providing innovative solutions to our clients across the UK and beyond. We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic and friendly team and support our sales operations.

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales teamCreating and reviewing sales reportsOffering after-sales support to customersPreparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requestsKeeping customers updated with relevant product information and expected delivery datesLiaison with Internal & External Sales Team and other departments as requiredProcessing of purchase orders and creating job packs for the workshopsUpdating planner for our busy workshops

To be successful in this role, you will need:
