Together, we are seeking a self-motivated, and talented HR Advisor to join the team in the Aberdeen office.

This role is ideal for an HR Advisor who relishes in the opportunity to be part of a fast-expanding enterprise. You'll have the challenging, yet unique opportunity to shape the HR function throughout the company, enjoying both autonomy and the chance to implement innovative policies.

Role responsibilities include:

• Recruitment process
• On boarding of new employees
• Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Staying up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Providing professional advice and support on a range of HR issues

To be considered for this opportunity, the key skills required are:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
• Solid understanding of employment law and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Autonomy and strong decision making and problem solving skills
