Corporate Solicitor• Location: Aberdeen• Salary: Competitive, dependent on PQE level• Job Type: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join our Aberdeen based client. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law to handle a broad range of matters including private company acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, de-mergers, restructurings, shareholder and joint venture agreements, and commercial contract advice.

Day-to-day of the role:• Advise clients on a variety of corporate transactional and commercial contract matters.• Work on private company acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, and other corporate finance transactions.• Assist with mergers, restructurings, shareholder and joint venture agreements.• Provide clear and concise commercial contract advice.• Communicate effectively with clients, providing high-quality legal counsel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Previous experience working in a Corporate role• Strong experience in general corporate/commercial work.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal advice in a clear and understandable manner.• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
