M&E Site Manager - Aberdeen (Part-Time, Site-Based)

Position: M&E Site Manager
Duration: Ongoing until February 2026
Working Days: Initially 2 days per week (Thursday + one other day), increasing to 3 days/week
Start Date: ASAP
Certifications Required: SMSTS & First Aid

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Site Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Aberdeen. The role will be site-based and will run until at least February 2026, offering stability and continuity on a long-term project.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day M&E operations on-site

Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

Coordinating with the project team to ensure timely progress

Reporting site progress and issues to senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience in M&E site management

Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification (essential)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades

Working Pattern:

Initial commitment of 2 days per week (including Thursdays)

Expected to increase to 3 days/week as the project progresses
