Responsibilities
• Counts and verifies material as it is received.• Verifies information on tickets.• Other duties as assigned.• Performs data entry and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets.• Collects, organizes, records, and files information.• Performs Rating & Billing duties.• Handles specific operations invoicing.• Other duties as assigned.• Liaising with clients and internal departments
Other skills/abilities
• Accurate typing and/or data entry skills.• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.• Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.• Balances team and individual responsibilities.• Consistently at work and on time.
Education and Experience
• One to three years related experience in Logistics or Supply Chain role desirable
