Personnel Recruitment Officer
Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (36hrs)
Salary Circa: £30K- £40K DOE
Reed HR are seeking a dedicated Personnel Recruitment Officer to join a busy Recruitment Team, to be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities. Day to Day of the Role:
- Coordinating rotation/replacement of personnel, assessing future needs, succession planning and securing necessary approval (inc. emergency requiremetns)
- Screening CVs daily, arranging and conducting interviews
- Carrying out all offer and promotion admin (contracts etc.), ensuring compliance with Maritime Labour Convention
- Updating and maintaining HR systems and Recruitment Trackers, generating monthly and ad hoc reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing, interviewing and recruiting candidates, ideally for offshore drilling disciplines with knowledge of relevant legislation
- HR qualification or similar is desirable
- Strong organisation, communication, time-management and presentation skills.
