As a Peripatetic Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assuming responsibility for care homes that temporarily have no Manager
- Providing operational help for senior management
- Ensuring the home complies with all relevant legislation and registration requirements.
- Running the home to meet business objectives, including control of budgets and economic viability.
- Embracing new business from enquiring residents and building relationships with the local community
- Managing the recruitment, performance, and development of quality staff

The ideal Peripatetic Manager will have:
- Previous Management experience in a residential and/or nursing setting from a minimum of two different care homes
- Excellent operational management experience
- A valid NMC PIN
- A current driving license and the ability to travel extensively.
