Brook Street is working with a growing and successful company. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Production Working Line Leader (Nights). This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, with an attractive salary and benefits package and car allowance.
Duties
- To carry out disciplinary of all direct reports where needed.
- To play a key role in planning and scheduling for production.
- To lead nights team to ensure each shift is efficient for the business.
- To review plans and requirements and support this alongside team.
