Burman are supporting a leading public sector entity whilst they undergo a significant period of change. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Partner to collaborate with our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, fostering stakeholder relationships, and supporting the implementation of key projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the organisation's goals.
  • Provide expert advice and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and drive organisational performance.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance operational effectiveness and compliance.
  • Support on projects relating to overhauling and advising on policies

Requirements:
